Project Support Packs are now available!

Hi dear adventurers!

You missed the Kickstarter but wanted to support the project and get the game? Yes, finally, it’s possible!
We are launching our Supporter Packs NOW. Just log into your account to get yours!

What’s inside?

You will find on the account page a detailed explanation of what’s inside the two options we are offering. The Heroic Supporter Pack at 50 EU/USD (tax inc.) and the Legendary Supporter Pack at 100 EU/USD (tax inc.). If you are already the owner of a Kickstarter Pack, a discount of 10 to 40 EU/USD is applied if you want to help us more or simply get the additional goodies.

Both give access to the game but also beta-test access. Please keep in mind that those packs are here to support the project during its development. We haven’t yet announced any precise release date. The game will also be cheaper at release (expect a price between 25 and 35 EUR/USD) but without all the exclusive items present in those packs.

Those packs are the same for all players regardless of the platform you want to use (PCVR / PSVR2 and later Standalone) as Ascent Quest is an account-based game with crossplay.

How does it helps?

More than the money itself which of course, helps, having players ready to support the project means a lot. Just like the Kickstarter at the beginning of this year, it helps us to further convince financial partners of the potential so we can increase team size and speed up the development.

Why “A chance to be invited in Alpha”?

The Alpha-tests are the very first publicly playable version of the game. In addition to the Kickstarter backers, a limited number of players will be invited at first and will be under NDA (non-disclosure accord).

We want to avoid having too much player at the very beginning because this is the moment where the game will likely be the most unstable. Instead of selling a limited number of packs with Alpha access, we preferred to control the number of players and avoid the frustration of missing a limited Alpha pack sale. As the development progress and the game stabilize, we will randomly invite more people who have Beta-Tests access into Alpha-Tests.

What’s next?

We noticed that a lot of information are a bit complicated to find or scattered between social media, news and articles. Many players seem to be unaware of what we’ve confirmed already. So we are about to add new pages to the website (under the “Features” tab) to better organize information and give more details about each major features of the game in addition to our Devlogs on Youtube. For example, start listing all specs with their main skill or explain how housing works exactly.

We continue the development while also working on the team size increase.
Thank you for your continuous support!
